{"id":4452,"date":"2012-08-08T15:10:51","date_gmt":"2012-08-08T14:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.walkingrandomly.com\/?p=4452"},"modified":"2012-08-08T15:10:51","modified_gmt":"2012-08-08T14:10:51","slug":"what-are-the-best-commerical-non-mathworks-matlab-toolboxes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/walkingrandomly.com\/?p=4452","title":{"rendered":"What are the best commerical non-mathworks MATLAB toolboxes?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Mathworks sell dozens of toolboxes for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mathworks.co.uk\/products\/matlab\/\">MATLAB<\/a> but they are not the only ones doing it.\u00a0 Many 3rd party vendors also sell MATLAB toolboxes and many of them are of extremely high quality.\u00a0 Here are some of my favourites<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nag.co.uk\/numeric\/MB\/start.asp\">The NAG Toolbox for MATLAB<\/a> &#8211; Over 1500 high quality numerical routines from the Numerical Algorithms Group.\u00a0 Contains local and global optimisation, statistics, finance, wavelets, curve fitting, special functions and much much more.
